What's included


Strength Focused: Each workout is composed of 7-10 full body exercises, designed to build strength, lean muscle & boosting your body's metabolic rate, Strength based workouts can also positively impact mental health & help build overall confidence.
Minimal Equipment: All you need is a mini band & 1 set of dumbbells. Based on your goals / accessibility, additional equipment can be used.
3 Workouts / Week: To focus on form, building a routine and consistency, 3 workouts per week will be provided, with additional complimentary workouts posted in the Facebook group or scheduled LIVE.
Exercise Videos: Each exercise has a video explaining proper form and any suggestions for progressions / regressions.
Low Impact: All programming is created with injury prevention in mind; with little to no jumping included and options for modifications on exercises that may cause joint pain.
30-50 Minutes: Each workout should take less than an hour and be able to fit into any busy schedule.
Dedicated App: All workouts are accessible through my app, scheduled each week along with additional coaching items.
Like Minded Community: Surround yourself with women who have similar goals, struggles & desire to love their body, through our Facebook group.
