one-on-one personal Training:

These private sessions focus on a balance of strength training, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. Once we set up an initial consult & assessment, we are able to create a program to meet your goals and fitness level. Now offering 30 minute & 60 minute options.

starting at $50 / 30 minute session

semi-private personal Training:

Same structure as 1:1 training , but for groups of 2 to 3 people- sessions can be split with a partner; significant other, friend or family member. These sessions are tailored to each person, which means you do not have to be at the same fitness level or have the same goals to train together! Currently accepting clients, please schedule a consult to move forward.

STARTING AT $40 / person

 

Small Group Classes:

Core & Glutes Class. 30 minute core & glute focused workout for up to 5 people. Each class is focused on building core & glute strength with a mixture of bands, bodyweight & free weights.

Small Group Strength. 30 minute strength focused workout for up to 5 people. Each class is focused building full body strength with an emphasis on form.

Small group classes are a great option if you’re looking to find an accountability partner, and/or are looking for a more budget friendly option for personal training!
