PERSONAL TRAINING

Located in Denver, Colorado? I offer 1-on-1 and semi private training, specifically in a private Centennial studio. These 50 minute sessions focus on a balance of strength training, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility through stretching & yoga.

1-on-1 Training: Pricing based on weekly frequency. Currently NOT accepting new 1-on-1 clients through 07/31/19, but schedule a consult and we can discuss fall openings.

2-on-1 Training: Same structure as 1-on-1, but sessions are split with a partner; significant other, friend, family member or I can pair you with someone with similar goals. Currently accepting clients, please schedule a consult to move forward.

Hybrid Training: Train with me in person, 1-2 times per week and I will plan out additional weekly workouts for you to do on your own.

ONLINE TRAINING

Looking for a more independent workout schedule? Online training may be for you! Following the same focus as my 1-on-1 sessions, online training includes:

  • Initial zoom call / consult to discuss goals & get to know each other better. (Can be set up prior to purchasing online training)

  • Workout plans tailored to your goals

  • Instructional videos of each planned movement

  • Weekly check-ins

  • Mindset & Goal Setting work

  • Monthly zoom calls to go over form, progress, questions, etc.
