Facetime / zoom training sessions
Wanting a one on one training format in the comfort of your own home? Virtual sessions via Facetime or Zoom may be the option for you!
This includes an initial consult & assessment to create a program that meets your goals and fitness level.
55-60 minute sessions focus on a balance of strength training, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility.
Each session tailored to your space & equipment access.
If you are interested in a small group format (w/ significant other, a few friends, etc.) please reach out for pricing.
30 minutes: $30 / session
$1 hour: $50 / session
